Ma douce amie Amy m&#8217;a apport\u00e9 de merveilleux fruits fuyu de l&#8217;arbre de son grand-p\u00e8re. Amy m&#8217;a dit que c&#8217;\u00e9tait la maturit\u00e9 parfaite pour la cuisson, alors j&#8217;\u00e9tais ravie d&#8217;essayer cette recette de kaki pour faire ressortir la saveur de miel de ce d\u00e9licieux fruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cette recette de biscuits contient des \u00e9pices chaudes d&#8217;hiver comme la cannelle, le gingembre, la muscade et le piment de la Jama\u00efque. La texture ressemble \u00e0 une cr\u00eape moelleuse et moelleuse avec des bords l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquants \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, et est le compl\u00e9ment parfait aux kakis m\u00fbrs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Le kaki \u00e9tait doux au toucher et avait une douceur intense et d\u00e9licieuse. Il \u00e9tait facile d&#8217;extraire la pulpe de fruits tr\u00e8s m\u00fbrs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Je passe la pulpe en pur\u00e9e au mixeur pendant quelques secondes pour m&#8217;assurer de la consistance de la pur\u00e9e avant de l&#8217;ajouter \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Lorsque vous choisissez un type de fichier de sucre \u00e0 utiliser dans vos recettes, comme le sucre cristallis\u00e9 et la cassonade, le type que vous choisissez affectera la texture du g\u00e2teau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le sucre cristallis\u00e9 produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un biscuit croquant, tandis que le sucre brun hydrate, retient l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 et produit un biscuit moelleux. Pour 50 boules, 1 pinte = 50 portions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>La belle chair orange fonc\u00e9 a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te une belle couleur dor\u00e9e au biscuit. M\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients secs ensemble, puis ajoutez-les lentement au m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 basse vitesse. M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que combin\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ajouter l&#8217;avoine, les canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, les p\u00e9pites de chocolat blanc et les noix. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 basse vitesse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9, environ 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Couper la p\u00e2te (environ 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe) dans une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie tapiss\u00e9e.
