However, keep in mind that drinking a lot of milk can lead to weight gain due to a high-calorie diet.
By improving digestion
Some people believe that milk strengthens the digestive system, although scientific evidence does not support this conclusion. Therefore, there is no time of day recommended to drink milk to aid digestion. Likewise, you can try drinking it with food to see if you will notice a difference. However, other boiled dairy products, including yogurt and kefir, can promote healthy digestion and movement. They contain probiotics or beneficial bacteria that support the gut microbiome.
